Becoming a Creator

Thou must recognize thy real self;
Thou art the creator of human-self.
Thou art not a penny professional;
Before handling ensure thyself devotional.

If thou wishes wealth, thy job is dead;
Thou has a cipher heart & no head.
Thy comfort lies in thy sincere duty,
Thy single mistake can curb root of beauty.

Safe Handling!! They're Uranium cluster,
Thou can't control only by chalk & duster.
Read their eyes & faces for their feelings before anything,
Inspire them towards positive aim before their spreading wing.

Don't behave like a mechanical/robotic teacher,
Do reach to every disciple & know their feature.
Don't let them only memorise the facts & figure,
Respect their individual differences and configure.

If anyone fails to understand, 'tis your fault,
The way when thy cook either forgets or adds more salt.
Review thy method, conduct, language and point of view,
Teach the same topic differently & be ready for other plans to sew.

See the faces of thy son & daughter on their faces,
If thou has reached to such height there's nothing left for the cases.
